八段錦，名稱最早出現(xiàn)在南宋洪邁所著《夷堅志》中，是中國古代傳統(tǒng)的八節(jié)健身術(shù)。其動作古樸高雅，效果顯著，是歷代養(yǎng)生家和習(xí)練者共同創(chuàng)造的財富。

The term Ba Duan Jin first appeared in Song
Dynasty (1127-1279). It was an eight-section
health-keeping technique in ancient China. The
movement is simple and elegant, which provides
people both physical and mental benefits. It is the
wealth created by many health caregivers and
practitioners.
