1、負責(zé)日常社群的維護和管理，社群用戶的拉新、活躍、留存、轉(zhuǎn)化的運營以及群內(nèi)氣氛的活躍。
2、根據(jù)不同層次用戶（新用戶、深度用戶等）準(zhǔn)確挖掘用戶需求，維系社群活躍度，與用戶互動和保持聯(lián)系，制造感興趣的話題并結(jié)合公司要求，有針對性地，對每月進行相關(guān)的內(nèi)容策劃及活動策劃。
3、負責(zé)微信群的規(guī)劃及執(zhí)行，負責(zé)整體社群內(nèi)容、社群氛圍的建設(shè)，打造高粘性社群。
4、跟蹤微信推廣效果，分析數(shù)據(jù)并及時反饋，總結(jié)經(jīng)驗，建立有效的運營手段提升用戶活躍度。
