Recruitment Consultant
Responsibility:
As a recruitment consultant you will be responsible delivery full cycle recruitment service to our client you will be:
1 Handling recruitment assignment independently in your focus business discipline.
2 Communicate with client to understand their business needs and provide recruitment solution for them.
3 Set up candidate sourcing strategy identify and evaluate target candidates according clients requirement.
4 Solve all conflict and problem during the whole process such as interview arrangement offer negotiation reference check etc.
5 Business development and client maintenance.
Qualifications:
1 Bachelor or above degree in relative discipline
2 At least 2 years working experience with open personality related recruitment or headhunter experience are preferred
3 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
4 Result driven and strong desire to success 5 Willing to take challenges and able to work under great pressure
